    How long does restoration take?
    Most projects are completed within 2–4 business days. Complex or Elite tier work may take a little longer — I'll let you know upfront.
    What if I don't have a scanner?
    A clear phone photo is all I need for an initial assessment and quote. I'll guide you through getting a proper scan if you decide to proceed — most people use Officeworks, which is inexpensive and straightforward.
